It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Marchell Marie Moderow on Wednesday, October 17, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at her side.

Marchell was born on November 29, 1963, to Michael Wolf and Darlene Pavlish in Dickinson, ND. She was a cherished daughter, a devoted mother to her daughter, Amy Guzman, son, Bradley Moderow, and a beloved friend to many. Marchell’s kind heart, unwavering love, and gentle spirit touched the lives of all those who knew her.

Marchell’s educational journey led her to obtain a High School Diploma, which served as a foundation for the successful professional career she built. She worked for a while at chiropractic clinic in Illinois before living a short while in Arizona and finally returning to Fargo as a Director at the Village Family Services. Marchell displayed great expertise and dedication to the elderly, becoming a source of inspiration to those she led and worked with.

In her free time, Marchell enjoyed glamping, crafts, and cheering on her favorite sports including, football, RedHawks baseball and most importantly, Nascar. She embraced life’s adventures, creating lasting memories through her love for traveling to numerous places including Las Vegas and trips to the Casino. Marchell also loved a good Margarita and was a great sport at many different card games. Lastly, her love for animals was truly evident especially the love for her cats. Marchell’s infectious laughter and radiant smile could light up any room, bringing joy to those in her presence.

Despite her many accomplishments, Marchell held her family and loved ones closest to her heart. Marchell’s family was the center of her life. The time spent with neighbors, family, and grandchildren were some of the best memories she had. Marchell’s unconditional love and support resonated deeply within her family, and her memory will forever remain in their hearts.

  5. Dear family of precious Marchell – know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers. Sending thousands of ((air hugs))❣️. I loved working with Marchell and her Mom Darlene at The Village. Those two were so real and sincere and so much fun. So many good memories. I also recently had the privilege of partnering with Marchell the last couple years with her dōTERRA business – she wanted to help people with their health needs naturally and she was amazing at this and such a blessing to others.
