Born on February 8, 1937, in Lake Park, Minnesota, Marge was the beloved daughter of Theodore and Stella (Hillestad) Kittelson. She attended Lake Park High School. Following her graduation in 1954, she joined Northwestern Bell in Fargo, demonstrating her diligence and commitment to hard work.

Throughout their journey together, Marge and Donald ventured to California before settling in Great Falls, Montana, where they made lasting memories for five years. Finally, they made their home in Fargo, where Marge played an integral role in supporting Donald’s career as a truck driver for more than 37 years.

You will never be forgotten. Your daughter Julie Lynn was my childhood best friend. Since we were inseparable, and always at each other’s homes, you fed us a lot of sandwiches , treats, birthday party events and even a ride along with your family out of town. You saved me from getting punished by my mom one time too. Thank you for your kindness to me and my sisters! Prayers for a fast track to heaven! May you rest in peace.
My thoughts and prayers Jill Kesler and family and to entire family of Marge Hofsommer.
So sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Don and Family,
I’m so sorry for the loss of Marge. She was such a kind woman and good friend. Her memories by me will never be forgotten.
So sorry to hear of your loss, Don and family. I have a lot of memories of Marge and Don during the trucking days of PGR and Midnite. We had a lot of good times during those memorable days. May you find comfort and peace in God’s promise of everlasting life. God bless you all! Beth Wasfaret
Many great times spent at Marge and Don’s house with the Hofsommer/Kesler families. So very sorry for your loss. Sending much love.
