Mark Durand Tegtmeier, 65, of Fargo ND passed peacefully in his home on June 16th, 2023.
Mark was born on March 19, 1958, in Wheaton MN to Roger and Iva Jean Tegtmeier. He graduated from Kindred High School. He worked in the farming industry for most of his life.
He is survived by his brothers, Sheldon (Cindy) Tegtmeier, Colfax, ND, Kenton Tegtmeier, Kindred ND, and Terry (Linda) Tegtmeier, Fargo, ND. Mark also had many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Roger and Iva Jean Tegtmeier, brother, Kevin Tegtmeier, niece Angela Tegtmeier, and wife Carmen Maring-Tegtmeier.
Visitation and prayer service will be held at Fredrikson-Boulger Funeral Chapel, Kindred ND, on Monday June 26th. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm, with the prayer service at 2:00 pm. Burial to follow immediately at Norman Lutheran Cemetery, rural Kindred.

My condolences to the family. Although I never got a chance to catch up with Mark I will always have fond memories of him giving me a ride home through flood water during the 1974 summer flood in his jacked up 4 wheel drive pickup. RIP Mark
