Mary Swanson Hastings

MARY SWANSON HASTINGS Mary Swanson Hastings, formerly of Austin, MN and Laguna Hills, CA passed away September 10, 2004 at Eventide in Moorhead, MN at the age of 93. An avid sportswoman, gardener, championship golfer, devoted and beloved wife and mother, she leaves sons John (Sheila, Fargo, ND) and Bob (Margaret "Pat" , Kenilworth, IL), and daughter Sue Bohle (John, Sherman Oaks, CA), seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold R. "Red" Hastings. Interment will be in Buffalo, MN. Memorials to the Hastings Leadership/Scholarship Award fund, Austin High School, 301 Third Street NW, Austin, MN 55912.
