Matthew Bolme

Matthew Lynn Bolme, 31, of Moorhead, MN died Saturday, January 21, 2006 at rural Walcott, ND. Matt was born April 2, 1974 in Fargo, ND to Richard G. and Shirley A. (Jordheim) Bolme. He attended Clara Barton and Grace Lutheran Schools of Fargo and graduated from Oak Grove Lutheran High School, Fargo in1992. He attended North Dakota State School of Science, Wahpeton, ND and North Dakota State University, Fargo, for a short time until beginning a career at Graybar Electric, Fargo. He was currently employed at Luma Sales, Minneapolis, MN. On September 28, 1996 in Moorhead, MN he married his high school sweetheart and friend Kari Card. Matt will always be remembered for his wonderful, funny personality, his hugs, tenderness and willingness to help. His passions were sports, snowmobiling, camping and spending time with his children. Daddy will always be remembered by his loving daddiness and his good nights before bedtime. Matt is survived by his wife, Kari, his children Meghan Joyce (7) and Mayson Matthew (4), his parents Richard & Shirley, Fargo, his brother Michael (Angie) Bolme, Tyler and Sara, Bismarck, ND; His in-laws, Arthur and Yvonne Card, Kevin (Andrea) Card, Kristine (Jeff) Owata, Brian Barker, Kari Husen, all of Moorhead, MN, Kelly (Lee) Baird, Oneida, WI, Kristi (Jeffery) Schelinder, Colfax, ND, Kyle (Charlene) Card, Nicholas, Emily, Kaleb and Cody, Fargo, Kent (Jodi) Card, Rian and Ariana Blacksmith, Harwood, ND and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Matt was preceded in death by his grandparents Gilbert and Grace Bolme, Ole and Olga Jordheim, an Uncle Orland Jordheim, and an Aunt Elaine (Bolme) Beadles. The funeral for Matt will be Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at 11:00 at Christ The King Lutheran Church, 1900 14th Street South, Moorhead, MN The Prayer Service will be Tuesday, January 24, at 6:00pm also at Christ The King Lutheran Church, Moorhead with visitation from 5:00-6:00pm and one hour before the funeral service.
