Patrick Anderson

patrick anderson

Patrick was born on March 18, 1958, to Esther Anderson in Moorhead, Minnesota.  Growing up, Pat always had a love for anything with four wheels.  From the time he was a toddler, Pat could be found playing with trucks and that joy continued throughout his adult life.  He began driving truck as soon as he received his license and traveled all across the country but his roots remained in Minnesota.  In 2009, Pat went rogue and started Pro Auto Transport.  This allowed Pat to maintain his love of trucks with the flexibility to spend more time at home.

Pat married Corinne Janet Sannes in Fargo ND on November 26, 1986.  They made their home in West Fargo and three children completed the family:  his two sons, Darrin and Ian, Fargo; and his step-daughter Chrissy, Fargo.

Pat had a heart of gold and was always ready to lend a helping hand to whomever needed it.  This resulted in him acquiring numerous friends whom he cherished dearly.  He looked forward to socializing with his friends at his shop where he worked on his truck, took care of his cars, and watched many Nascar races.

Music was another avenue that provided Pat with joy and inspiration.  He often could be found "jamming" with his son Darrin and his band or with a group of neighbors in the backyard by a campfire.

His hobbies were vehicles and music, but this didn't distract him from his total devotion to his wife and family.  Pat's love for his wife was endless, he was full of pride when he spoke of his children and nobody brought him more joy than his three adorable grandchildren.

Left to celebrate his life and cherish his memory are his wife, Corinne; his children, Darrin (Amber), Ian (Jacklyn) and Chrissy (Jeremy); three special grandchildren who always put a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye, William, Emilia and Brycen; as well as anticipating the birth of his fourth grandchild due in July, Lillian; his mother, Esther (LeRoy); four brothers, Keith (Liz), Rick, Myron (Shelley) and Gene (Cara); two sisters, Shelly and Bobbie Jo; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  His step-father, George Haats, preceded him in death.

My sympathy to all of you. I will always remember the warm smile Patrick would have on each time he would come into Nichelson Oil’s Tesoro station to get his diet coke. I also remember how excited he was with his beautiful red pickup he had just got. He brought it by the gas station to show us. Patrick will truly be missed by all of us!
