Patrick, there are no words to express how much you will be missed by all of those who actually knew you and loved you. You were such a giving, caring, loving soul and those who had the opportunity to experience that, will forever be changed by the way that you touched them. I wish that life would have been different for you. I know your final years were not easy, and you struggled on what seemed like a constant basis, for this my heart breaks. My heart breaks that we will never see your infectious smile again, and we will not have the opportunity to see you find true happiness, success, love and peace. No more struggles Patrick, and I do believe you have finally found peace. May those who will always love you and remember you find some comfort in that at least. RIP Patrick. Fly With The Angels!!
I have so many words, that I don’t know what to say. I am so sorry that your struggles never ended. The world is a little bit darker without your smile. I am just glad in the end, someone was there to hold your hand. Rest peacefully Pat, see you on the other side.
