So very sorry for your loss Molly, praying for peace and sending hugs. Enjoyed the time I got to know Pete and am thankful to have met him. You are in my thoughts and prayers always!!
I always enjoyed seeing and talking with Peter. His ready smile and sense of humor were charming and entertaining as well as his kindness.
Family of Pete,
Pete and I were raised in Bagley, played basketball, football and baseball together. Pete was an excellent athlete, but more importantly a friend who always offered a smile and encouragement in any endeavor. He will be missed by many persons. Thoughts and prayers are extended to family members.
My deepest sympathy to the Peter Riewer’s family and his companion Molly. I have great memories of Peter as a child and as he grew up. Theresa did a wonderful job raising this family and it was an honor to be part of it. I’m attaching two pictures. One when Peter was 9 yrs old. He is holding my brother Jerry Thul. His sister Rosie and Eileen in back along with me and my brother Michael and my sister Patty on the ground crying. She didn’t want to be in the picture! The other picture is Peter at our house in Mankato before going to Thailand. He sent me that beautiful necklace from Thailand. Peter was a guy every women dreamed of having as a husband, father, son, grandfather. You were lucky to have him. He will truly be missed.
Prayers to your family, Molly. Many hugs and much love to you.
