Priscilla Cossette

Priscilla B. Cossette Peacefully, with her family by her side, Priscilla Bernadette Cossette, 92 of Fargo, ND, died on Saturday, July 29, 2006 at her home, under the care of Hospice. She was born to Saul and Bertha LaPointe in LaSalle, Manitoba on March 28, 1914. In 1931, Priscilla was united in marriage to Joseph Cossette. They made their home in rural Horace, ND. After his death in 1947, she moved to St. Benedict, ND where she raised their seven children. Later in life, she moved her family to Fargo and married Herman Cossette in 1961. He died in May 1975. Priscilla had a deep faith in God, belonging to the Sodality of St. Anne for many years. She also enjoyed family gatherings, gardening and baking. Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents, Saul and Bertha LaPointe; husband, Joseph Cossette; son, Dennis Cossette; and seven siblings: Art, Maurice, Marcellin, Rene, Aurele, Simone and Dorothy She is survived by six Children: four sons - Leon, Reynold, Orel (Gail) and Joseph Cossette and two daughters ? Lucille Maki and Isabelle (Allan) Sturm; her daughter in law, Mary Cossette; her eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. The public Visitation for Priscilla will take place from 5 PM until 7 PM on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at Nativity Catholic Church in Fargo, ND with a Prayer Service immediately following at 7 PM. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at Nativity Catholic Church in Fargo, ND with a Visitation immediately preceding the Funeral service at 10 AM.
