Rachelle Johnson, 85, of Fargo passed away April 25, 2023 at Bethany Gabels surrounded by family.
Rachelle was born April 26, 1937 to Ralph and Mae (Colby) Alberts in Hawley, MN. She graduated from Moorhead High School in 1955. Rachelle married Bruce Johnson January 12, 1957 in Moorhead, MN and later resided in Enderlin for the next 50 years. She was a full-time homemaker and worked part-time at Elaine’s department store and the Enderlin School Cafeteria. Rachelle was involved in her children’s school activities, scouting, and the First United Methodist Church in Enderlin. She loved to cook, can, sew, and was an avid sports fan. Rachelle was a wonderful grandmother and doted on her five grandchildren. She passed away one day shy of her 86th birthday.
Rachelle is survived by her children, Cheryl (Robert) Twete of Beaverton, OR, Lisa (Bill) Stolberg of West Palm Beach, FL, Michael (Dawn) Johnson of Fargo, ND; grandchildren, Nicole Twete, Christine Twete, Matthew Twete, Mandi Johnson, Quinn Stolberg; sister, Sharon Hyde of Chula Vista, CA; and sister in law, Shirley Alberts of Phoenix, AZ.
Rachelle was preceded in death by husband, Bruce; and brothers, Marlan Alberts, Darrell Alberts, Wayne Alberts.

She was a very kind person. She will surely be missed by all who knew her. My deepest sympathy to all the family.
Cheryl, Lisa, Mike and families, my prayers are with you all at this time . I have such wonderful memories of being at your place and your Mom was so good to us always.
