Randy Leo Simonson, 34, Hillsboro, ND, passed away on April 6, 2023, at Sanford Medical Center West Campus, Fargo, ND surrounded by his family.

Randy Simonson was born on March 15, 1989 in Fargo to Betty and Larry Simonson. Randy grew up in Grandin and Fargo with his siblings Keith and Darrel. He attended Madison Elementary, Ben Franklin Jr. High, and graduated from Fargo North High in 2008. After graduation, Randy attended college at NDSCS to pursue his degree in welding. He worked for Prax Air, Dakota Latitudes, Mechanical Contractors, and CSS Welding before moving on to work for himself at Simonson Construction in 2015.

Randy enjoyed fishing, playing darts, riding four-wheelers, shooting pool, and deer hunting. He rode his motorcycle as often as he could. He absolutely loved spending time with his family; especially goofing off with his nephews and playing with his dog Dakota.

Randy is survived by his mother, Betty; his siblings, Darrel and Keith (Margo), nephews, Keith Jr, Jack, and Wyatt, beloved companion Dakota, and many friends.

Randy is preceded in death by his father, Larry.
