Rhonda Anderson
October 25, 1960 ~ October 17, 2023
Rhonda Marie (Huschka) Anderson (62) was united with her Lord and Savior on October 17, 2023, after a battle with cancer in Sanford Hospice House, Fargo, ND.
Rhonda graduated from Hope Public School in 1978. She attended and graduated from NDSU with a double major in Medical Technology and Bacteriology (Microbiology), and a minor in chemistry. This took her to Iverness, FL for her first job where she met her husband, Scott. They were married on December 17, 1988. They moved briefly to Tennessee and then to Fargo in 1993. Her pride and joy, Scottie, came into their life in August of 1994. She loved following Scottie, family, and friends in their activities. Family gatherings and events were a priority to her, and she attended many. She was super competitive in all aspects of life. She loved to do puzzles and play games; especially Pinochle and Pickleball.
Rhonda is survived by her mother Loretta (Mitzel) Huschka; husband Scott; son Scottie (fiancé Brooke Kuglin); best buddy Bowser; stepdaughter Kimberly Ramey; grandson Beau Ramey Jr.; Debra, Mark, and Dale Anderson; siblings Rebecca (Harold) Zerface, Robert Huschka, Randy (Laure) Huschka, Russell-Wally (Vicky) Huschka, Ruth (Kevin) Hodem, Ricky (Libby) Huschka, Roger (Kirstin) Huschka, Ramona (Kelly) Meiklejohn, Rory (Phillip Rand) Huschka; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Rhonda is preceded in death by her father Valentine Huschka; mother-in-law Barbara Anderson; father-in-law Andy Anderson; grandparents Mary and Martin Mitzel and Magdelena and Frank Huschka; and brother-in-law Warren Ihry.
Faith was at the center of her life. She always was searching for a deeper relationship and understanding of God through guided and organized Bible studies and adoration. Her servant heart touched many throughout her life.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rhonda Marie Anderson Scholarship at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

I’m so sorry for the loss of Rhonda. May you all find peace in this time of sorrow.
Prayers for peace and healing for the family. Rhonda was an awesome individual, living life to the fullest and fighting until the end. She has earned her wings and peace. I am so sorry for the pain and sadness you must deal with.
There are special people in our lives who never leave us, even after they are gone. Forever in our Hearts.
I am very sorry for your loss. She will always be with you in your heart.
I am so very sorry, Scott and Scotty. Your wife/mom was a beautiful lady. Praying for you.
Rhonda was a wonderful person, wishing all her family sincere blessings for her loss. I feel fortunate to have wonderful memories of her.
May Rhonda rest in.peace, and may all who loved her find consolation in knowing that she is. She was a beautiful soul, inside and out.
Condolences to everyone….much too young…..know that she is in a better place and we are praying for God’s comfort and peace as you lay her to rest!
My sincere condolences to the family. I know Rhonda battled cancer for quite some time. I recall several times when I would donate blood or platelets in Fargo – I would ask if Rhonda was in the lab – she always came out and said Hi and had time to reminisce. That smile of hers was her trademark. She touched so many people in a very positive way.

Rest in Peace dear Rhonda. I know you will continue to be the super prayer warrior you have always been. My sympathies to Scott, Scottie and all the family.
I was friends with Rhonda in high school and she was a college house mate. Her smile and laugh was infectious, so beautiful inside and out, so humble. An inspiration on how to live. Even tho we lost touch through the years, this is a loss on earth but a gain in heaven. May she rest in peace!
Huschka Anderson family,
What a beautiful soul we had in Rhonda. You/we will so miss her. Her beautiful light will shine on in all of you.
I’ve thought of her/you so very often. I have been inspired by the Huschka family rosary, as told about by Kara,
and have so often prayed with and for her/you.
The Huschka family means alot to me, my family and our community. We hold you in prayer and say a prayer
of thanksgiving for Rhonda’s life and how she has touched us.
A beautiful service for a beautiful soul.
Such a sweet lady who loved the Lord! Will see you again my friend. ❤️
Always positive. Always in God’s hands. A beautiful person to know. We were fortunate for the time with her.
I just found out today that Rhonda passed.
I am so very sorry. I loved the Anderson family. I taught at Holy Spirit School and had Scotty as a student. Rhonda was an amazing mom and she was the perfect mother to donate time and energy to the classroom and school. Scott helped out is so many ways too. Heaven gained a beautiful soul. Her smile, encouraging words and upbeat personality will always have a special place in my heart. Scott and Scotty, Please accept my sincere condolences.
My sincere condolences to the Anderson and Huschka families and friends. Rhonda was a wonderfully kind, intelligent, inspiring and caring soul who touched so many lives. We go back to the Hope High days – advanced algebra with Mr Henley, cheering on the Hustlers, decorating homecoming floats. Though our paths didn’t cross often after college, when they did, we would pick up our conversation as though the years hadn’t passed at all and enjoyed catching up. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
She was a second mother to me. I remember running around in the backyard playing soccer, building forts, and playing Xbox in the basement. She was always there, with a loving and compassionate eye watching over all of our various escapades. She was at every soccer game, she helped us with every math problem that was too hard. I wish I could more accurately express what an incredible role model she was, but I don’t think any words I could write would do her justice. She can never be replaced, however I’m grateful that I got to know her as well as I did, and I look forward to seeing her again when it is my time. I’ll never forgot what you taught me, Rhonda, and I hope to make you proud as you watch over all of us. My deepest condolences to Scottie, Scott Sr., and any who had the good fortune of meeting her, as we all know the world lost a good one. Rest in peace, maestra.
