Robert J. Neubauer, 90, Fargo passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011 at ManorCare Health Services, Fargo.

Robert was born August 9, 1921 to John and Mabel (Mitchell) Neubauer in Fargo, ND. After some schooling, Robert worked various jobs in several fields including, Construction Laborer, truck driver for Concrete Sectional Culvert Company  before later becoming plant foreman for many years. His last job was with Northern Improvement before he retired.

In his later years, he enjoyed his quality time at the lake with his family and especially his grandchildren.

Robert is survived by his wife Delphine, Fargo; children, David (Judy) Neubauer, Green Bay, WI; Bonnie (Ted) Kiebke, Detroit Lakes, MN; Jack (Barbara) Neubauer, Bismarck, ND; step-children, Kent, Georgia, Faye Nelson, Fargo, ND; brother, Lloyd Neubauer, Banning, CA; sister, Betty McGinnis, Wilton, ND; 9 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Louise Neubauer Berger, siblings, Dan, Marge, Roy and Larry.

    Del we were so sorry to hear about Bob’s passing. He was one heck of a good fellow and we always enjoyed your company when we were able to get together.

    The years go by so quickly it seems like yesterday when Mom passed and Bob gave us those wonderful hugs.
