While attending college she enjoyed participating in 5k runs, one of which Rosemary and Orlan ran together. After graduating she was an RN in the NICU at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas. They returned to North Dakota in 1996 to be closer to family. They built an amazing home in Enderlin, lovingly named "Whispering Pines". Rosemary also enjoyed traveling, as Orlan was a tour bus driver in his later years. She even was a tour guide a fair share of his trips. Some of which include; the Canadian Rockies (where she drank from a glacier) and Branson, MO during the holidays.
