Roy R. Montplaisir was born May 3, 1935 in Fargo, ND to Wilfred and Julia (Rivard) Montplaisir and died March 1, 2017 in Mesa, AZ. He was the youngest of 5 children.
Roy attended school in Fargo graduating from Shanley HS in 1953. He moved to Seattle, WA where he worked his entire career with the US Postal Service. He retired in 1995 and moved to Mesa, AZ where he enjoyed his retirement years.
He is survived by his brother, Robert (Lucille) Montplaisir; sister-in-law Marge Montplaisir; and 19 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, George and Donald; sister, Bette; and sister-in-law Yvette.
