Rubi Garza

Rubi Elizabeth Garza Halstad, Minnesota Rubi passed away February 16, 2009 at the Hillsboro Medical Center Hospital at the age of 24. Rubi was born on January 12, 1985, the daughter of Rene and Maria Garza in Mexico. At an early age she moved with her family to Florida and in 1991 to Halstad, MN. Rubi grew up in Halstad and attended Norman County West School. She worked at the Halstad Nursing Home as a Nurse?s Aide. Rubi is survived by her parents, Rene and Maria Garza of Halstad, MN; her siblings, Rene E. Garza of Halstad; Renato E. Garza of Mexico; Reyna E. Garza of Florida; and Raul E. Garza of Texas; her grandmother, Petra Gonzalez of Mexico; her friend, Michael Reyes; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
