  3. So sad to hear that my Aunt Ruth (“Ruthie” as my dad always called her) has passed away. I will miss our extensive telephone conversations where I was able to hear ALL the latest news about the family and other happenings! She certainly kept on top of things going on around her. I will always be able to see her smile and recall her upbeat attitude. Love you “Ruthie”. Rest in peace with your heavenly Father.

  4. Great Aunt Ruthie, I can’t believe you’re gone when I heard the news! But I look at it this way she’s with all of our family members as well. Gonna miss that spunky attitude she had. May she Rest In Peace! Fly high! Gain your wings! Watch over us down here! We will see you at the pearly gates! Love you Auntie Ruthie!

  5. To the entire Krueger Family:
I am so sorry for your loss. Ruth was a great person and looking back to my childhood I will remember Ruth as a great neighborhood leader that the kids of 14th Avenue relied on. She was always good to everyone and willing to help solve all of us kids issues.
I remember getting many rides to school with Wayne and Neil with Ruth at the wheel to get us all to school safely.
Thank you for the fun memories growing up in Fargo.

  6. Ruth will be missed by us and many. She was a great neighbor and friend. Away a joy to chat with in the alley . We knew that Ruth was around when there was a cucumber on the fence.

  7. Ruth had quickly become my best friend. I’m going to miss her immensely. We would frequently talk for many hours. She was a very interesting lady. She had a deep love for her family and them for her. When I walk by her house, it’s not the same. I know she’s in a happy and peaceful place now. No more pain. RIP my beautiful friend.

  8. My sincere condolences to Nancy, Wayne, Neil and families for the loss of your mom. Actually a mom to so many of us on 14th Avenue. May she rest in peace and the memories you share bring you comfort.

  9. Hi Nancy, Wayne & Neil and families, Sorry we are unable to be with you at this time. We will try to view both Sunday & Monday services. (Sometimes our computer works & sometimes not.) Ruth was one of our favorites! Her smile & voice so contagious and we will miss her. Tried to call her numerous times but was unable to do so. Please know that our prayers & thoughts are with you all. Love to all! Lila & Doug D.

  10. I’ve known this amazing person for over 50 years. I remember certain things while visiting Nancy. Ruth seemed to often be burning both candles at both hands. She was working and trying to take care of her family at the same time. Always bubbly. Always greeted me with a smile. Nancy and are still today close. I happened to be with Ruth until a very short time she had passed. Prayers out to her entire family 🙏 ❤️

Sending prayers to her entire family.

  11. I was blessed to have known Ruth from the Amvets. She was a very kind hearted, loving, hilarious, and comical person. May Ruth enjoy everlasting peace. My greatest sympathy goes out to her family.

  12. My sincere condolences to the whole family. Such a lovely woman. One of my best memories is walking home from middle school on cold winter days with Nancy, stopping by, and being greeted with her smile and some hot chocolate, asking about our day. She made the world a better place.

  13. Ruth,
Your gonna be missed by so many people. You hold a huge spot in my heart, from the first time I met you at Amvets I knew you were gonna be like a grandma to me. I’m gonna miss you until God joins all of us again keep dancing and being sweet.

    To the family,
My deepest sympathy. Ruth was loved by the whole Amvet family. Your loss is gonna make a big hole in all are hearts.

  14. Aunt Ruthie was like another Mom to me. I had many fun times staying with the Kruegers in Fargo while Nancy and I were younger. Ruth was always a spitfire and had the most positive outlook on life. She was proof that dynamite comes in small packages. Her shoes will be hard to fill but I’ll do my best, mainly because I’m the only one who can wear her shoes. My goal in life is to “Live like Ruthie!” Rest now dear Aunt. We will keep your memory alive!!
