Samuel was born May 3, 1992 in Liberia to Hallie Fayia and Agnes Ngaima. He was a refugee from Liberia. He graduated high school in Jacksonville, FL. He was going to major in Architecture this fall till his life was cut too short.
He is survived by his mother Agnes Ngaima and father Hallie Fayia, Jacksonville, FL, 3 sisters Sata Kolle, Gifty Kolle and Margaret Ngaima, two brothers, Abraham Kolle and Frances Ngaima, grandpa Kolle, all in Jacksonville, FL and paternal grandparents in Liberia and step father Sando Ngaima, Fargo, ND.
