Sandra Luceinne Hoel passed away on February 17, 2022. Sandra was born on October 31, 1944, to Woodrow Everhart and Mary Kaveny. Sandra grew up in Fargo with her Mom, Dad, Sister Barbara and Brother Brian. As a young girl, Sandra, loved to play with dolls, and animals, she loved her dog Sally. Sandra spent much of her time outside playing on the sandhills until the loss of her shoe. Her Dad then put a kibosh to that. She loved her neighbors Pinky and Laura. Sandra attended Woodrow Wilson grade school, Ben Franklin junior high school and graduated from Fargo Central High School in 1962. She then attended The New York Hairdressing Academy in Fargo, ND where she graduated in 1964. Sandra met Robert Hoel at Duffy’s bar in 1968. Robert courted Sandra right from the start and they married on July 26th 1969 at their neighbors, Pinky and Laura’s Garden. They purchased their forever home in August of 1969. Shannon was born May 28th 1970, and her sister LeeAnn was born on August 18th 1972. Sandra ran a hair salon out of her house for a couple of years until the family moved to Glasgow, Montana for school. The family returned to Fargo in 1975 in time for school. Sandra continued to be a hair stylist from time to time. Sandra then started with Muscatel, cleaning motor homes. She developed a knack for cleaning and worked as a custodian at various homes and businesses. Tri State Auction was her favorite, Sandra retired at the age of 62. She loved her many pets, ranging from birds, mice, cats, dogs, and fish. All of which were very well taken care of. She also loved baking, arts and crafts, bike riding, camping and swimming. She loved going to the car races in West Fargo. Sandra moved to Abor Park assisted living in November until her passing. Sandra is preceded in death by her parents Woodrow and Teenie Everhart, brother, Brian Everhart and her husband, Robert Hoel. Sandra is survived by her daughters, Shannon (Bradley) Renfrow, Fargo, ND, LeeAnn Hoel, Fargo, ND; sister Barbara (Doug) Swisher, Kindred, ND; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews; and also her beloved dog, Jade. There will be Funeral Service for Sandra on March 3, 2022, at 2:00 PM, with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM, at Boulger Funeral Home and Celebration of Life Center, Fargo, ND.

  2. Prayers to you during this time. Sandy was a special cousin along with her sister, Barb. When we went to Fargo, we had to stop in and visit Teenie and Woody. We miss them dearly. May God bless Sandy’s soul and bless her memory. Will miss her dearly.
