Colorado Springs COAs his brother-in-law I can sum up our relationship quite easily – Steven truly was a kind, good man and I am better for having known him. As a fellow veteran, we all share in the loss of a patriot and brother-in-arms. But we should all take comfort in the knowledge that he is at peace. Until we meet again, may God bless him!
