I was so saddened to hear of the passing of our friend Steve. I worked at CPU Options with Steve many years ago, and he was one of the nicest guys around! I remember him always talking about Cassandra and how much he loved his little girl. I’m sure she’s all grown up now, but where ever he moved to, he always missed his precious daughter. I believe he is finally at peace in heaven! I pray for peace & comfort, and extend my sympathy to his family and friends.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Viseth family. Steve was a good friend and a great person to be around. We worked together and Steve introduced me to bowhunting…which aside from my family is one of my biggest passions. I will always be thankful for the time we had as friends.

  7. Eden Prairie MN
I worked with Steve at CPU Options while he was here and enjoyed his humor and his unique way of looking at life. I worked with Doug as well and am working with Al Viseth still today. All three of the Viseth men have a very special way of looking at life and enjoying it to the fullest which must of been pasted down from their parents. Steve was a joy to spend time with which made the difficult days at work so much easier to take. I hadn’t seen much of Steve in the last 8 years and missed not being able to. I know that he is with the Lord now and living life in the Lord’s presense to the fullest!! Thank you Lord for sharing Steve with us for 45 years!!

  8. Stoughton WIPlease accept our most sincere sympathies. Lisa and I were classmates of Steve’s and while it is too easily said, we will miss his smile.

Its been in excess of 20 years since we visited with Steve and that has been our loss. We allowed the busy day-to-day get in the way….lesson learned.

Do take care and be well.

I forgot to relate that I cannot make it to Steve’s funeral as I am going into inpatient hospitalization on Monday AM. Steve would be very, very proud of me for taking this step. He was one of my biggest cheerleaders. I will be at his services in spirit. God Bless.

I met Steve around 2 years ago when we were both in partial treatment at MeritCare. The moment he walked in the room I knew I liked him. There was just something about him that I was drawn to. We became fast friends and I loved to spend time with him talking. We understood each other and in Steve I found an incredible friend. I have so many fun memories of Steve. He made me laugh, he believed in me and most of all he let me be myself. I loved Steve with all of my heart and I will miss everyday. I hope that Steve has found the peace that he was searching for and I hope he knows he made a difference in my life. Steve’s friendship came at a time in my life that was dark and unsure. He made my life brighter. He made me smile. I will forever miss my ‘Steverino’ and I will always be his Catrina.
My prayers to his family and friends.
