Remember Me

Remember me with smiles not tears,
For all the joy, through all the years.
Recall a “closeness” that was ours,
A love as sweet as fragrant flowers.

Don’t dwell on thoughts that cause you pain,
We’ll see each other once again,
I am at peace… try to believe,
It was my time… I had to leave.

But “what a view” I have from here,
I see your face, I feel you near,
I follow you throughout the day,
You’re not alone along the way.

And when God calls you… you will be,
Right by my side… right here with me,
Till then, I’ll wait by heaven’s door,
We’ll be united… evermore.

  5. Glory to the best of what Tim stood for and I salute him as a brother who recognizes that he had a diverse set of trade skills that he often used to help others.
Benjamin Franklin once wrote, “So the years roll around, and the last will come; when I would rather have it said, He lived usefully, than, He died rich.” I believe Tim would agree with such a sentiment.

  6. Tim and Sheila could dance beautifully together- now they can dance together again in heaven. My neighbor when I was a kid and later my brother in law for a few years. Guy is right – he had many talents.
