It has been a while since I have seen any of you. I can remember playing in your backyard with Mike and Tyler and my sisters when we were little and lived on 11th Street. The vigil and funeral were beautiful and it was amazing to see how many lives have been touched by Tyler. We will continue to keep your family in our prayers.

    Dear Tweten Family,

I am so,so sorry for your loss. While I never had the opportunity to meet Tyler myself, my son considered him a friend. I can’t even begin to understand how you are feeling at this time, but I keep you all in my prayers, asking God hold you and comfort you.

Dear Michelle and Family of Tyler’s,
My sons are friends with Michael & Tyler. We are so very sad and sorry for the tragic loss of Tyler’s life. I want to share a prayer I wrote in 2008. This prayer came to me shortly after I learned of Daniel Nemcek’s death. He was 22 and lost his life in a mountian biking accident. I know in my heart that the prayer came from Daniel. My prayers are with you Michelle, Michael and family.
    Dear God,
Show me how to lift Tyler to heaven, and release him as he ascends into your arms.
Tell me how to trust your will so that grief doesn’t consume every waking moment.
Help me to believe life on earth will have meaning with Tyler away in heaven.
Promise me I will know him in spirit, and feel his presence.
Show me a way out of the deep, vast sea of grief that bears no light.
Tell me he’s the blessed one that you called back to love by your side.
Help me to believe the tidal wave of love for Tyler will carry me through until I begin to understand.
Promise me he is surrounded by loved ones gone before,
…..and that when it’s my time, I will hold his face in my hands and be whole again. Amen

Tony: I know I haven’t seen you since St. Francis years, but saw that Tyler was your son…I’m so sorry to hear of such a horrific loss. My thoughts and prayers, as are my family’s thoughts and prayers, with you as you and your family go through this period. Having three kids of my own, I can’t imagine the pain you’re going through, but I hope knowing Tyler is in a better place with God helps to heal your heart. He sounded like a really nice boy. God bless. Joan (Beaton) Lerdahl

My sympathys go to you all as I remember your family and Tyler when I lived on 11th Street with my children, Rob and Kate Goff.
