Vergie Boeddeker

Vergie Boeddeker Hillsboro, North Dakota Vergie passed away on Monday, September 10, 2007 at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo at the age of 82. Vergie Mae Stockmoe was born on July 29, 1925. She grew up in Hunter, ND and moved to Hillsboro in 1944. Vergie was united in marriage to Joseph Boeddeker on February 17, 1947 in St. Rose of Lima Church in Hillsboro. The couple lived on a farm east of Hillsboro. She was a member of the Legion Auxiliary and Christian Mothers. Vergie enjoyed her winters spent in Las Vegas and met many friends during those years. She loved spending time with all her family, especially her children and very special grandchildren. Vergie is survived by her children, Dennis (Judy) Boeddeker of Maple Grove, MN, Neil (Mary Sue) Boeddeker and Christy Boeddeker, both of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Kelly, Michael, Stacy, Nicholas and Rachel Boeddeker and Joanna Kruse; and five loving cousins. Vergie was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; and her daughter, Cathy Kruse.
