Virginia Quinlan

Virginia passed away on May 20, 2006, in Moorhead, MN. Virginia was born on May 18, 1957, in Oakes, ND, the daughter of Robert and Marilyn (Halder) Quinlan. She grew up on a farm near Berlin, ND, attended grade school there, and graduated from LaMoure High School. After her schooling, Virginia moved to Fargo where she worked as a nanny for Dr. David Perry. In 1978 she began working for the Medical Records Department at the MeritCare Clinic in Fargo. Throughout her life Virginia was a very spiritual person, and also a faithful member of the Church of the Nativity. She loved spending time with her family, especially all of her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephew, and aunts and uncles. She will be remembered for her kind, gentle, loving spirit that touched many. She is survived by her siblings, Marge (Walt) Meidinger of Fargo; Bruce (Mary) Quinlan of Arlington, VA; Robert "Basil" (Shelley) Quinlan of McIntosh, MN; Jennifer Exner of LaMoure, ND; Paula Quinlan of Maplewood, MN; Patrick (Sue) Quinlan of LaMoure, ND; Eileen (Jack) Vculek of Crete, ND; Bernadette Quinlan of West Fargo, ND; and Jill (Ron) Mulder of Alice, ND. Also surviving are her many very dear nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Roger Maris Cancer Center or the Church of the Nativity.
