William Woell

William Theodore Woell, 92, of Fargo, ND, formerly of Clifford, ND, died Feb. 20, 2018, in Sanford Medical Center, Fargo. William was born May 17, 1925, to Otto and Lillian Johnson Woell of rural Clifford and raised on the family farm. He attended a rural school in Edendale Township, Steele County, graduating eighth grade. He also resided in Finley, ND, and most recently in Fargo. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Wallace. He is survived by a brother Harris of Mayville, ND, great-nieces and nephews and friends. The funeral will be held Monday, Feb. 26, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. at Luther Memorial Home Chapel, Mayville. Burial will be at a later date.
