I was blessed to grow up in the church that Millard attended. At one time, he served as my Sunday school teacher. I can’t sing The Old Rugged Cross without hearing Millard’s voice in my mind. My condolences and prayers are with Betty and the family.

My Dad and Millard were the same age..When Dad died I called on him to sing What a Friend we have in Jesus. He did of course, and then stayed after the service to visit. I sat with him and Arland Olson and listened as long as they wanted to talk about Helendale and township history..I loved it. These elderly guys will live in our memories forever. My condolences to the family for your lose. In love and friendship, Linda Strand Fey
