They would recheck many times that all the information and planning was exactly as we had discussed with them.
Their technology services were exceptional ... providing a high quality video of photos to remember our loved one; making a video of both services for the family to share at a later date; editing of any needed changes were made quickly as they worked together with our family. I don't normally leave 5 star reviews but when someone delivers a service that I can't imagine how they could have been better, than I give them the rating they deserve. We were out of towners looking for a fast cremation for our father, so we could get back home with his ashes. Marty was great helping us do it quickly and at a very good value. His demeanor was right on and he helped us through the process as good as could be imagined without any hope of repeat business. If he was located in our state I would never look anywhere else.
