Just found out about Joe’s passing. Joe was a legend and my dad’s Kent Berlins drywall comrade. My dad preached “Joe Kelly” all my life. In my early 20s I ended up in the Bismarck penitentiary. At some point I felt 10ft tall and bullet proof because I walked behind Joe in the yard. We also lifted weights together. Years later Joe and I hugged and ate a meal together at churches. I told him u spared Virgil Hill! He said yeah 20 years ago! I kept thinking I’m sitting here sharing a meal with the legendary Joe Kelly! Mind boggling! I love you Joe
